Product File Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Product File Analyst to join our data management team. This role champions data integrity across our electrical distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Order Accuracy: Monitor the Purchase Order (PO) Variance Queue and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
• Manage EDI Integrity: Audit Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) queues for purchase order errors and implement corrections.
• Maintain Pricing & Costing: Analyze the daily recalculation report to ensure systemwide data consistency.
• Support the Team: Resolve incoming internal support tickets via the Zoho ticketing system to assist branch associates.
• Collaborate on Rebates: Partner with the rebates group to complete data validation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Drive & Adaptability: High motivation, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in large datasets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in data management or similar field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
