Product Expert

About the role

Raspberry AI is seeking a Product Expert who will bridge deep technical fluency with creative direction. This role is ideal for someone who understands how advanced generative AI tools can push the boundaries of traditional retail design and creative processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate cutting-edge generative tools
• Run structured evaluations
• Deeply work in our product
• Translate product needs into actionable documentation for Engineering, Product, Sales, and User Enablement teams

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience at the intersection of fashion design, AI creative systems, or digital production workflows
• Deep familiarity with creative software and AI-driven design workflows with platforms such as Firefly, ComfyUI, Krea, Midjourney
• Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting, demoing, and writing for both technical and creative audiences
• A natural community builder who thrives at events and in online spaces
• Experience in fashion or visual content creation, understanding how visual AI models align with apparel and design principles
• Self-starter with strong project ownership; can run an industry event as easily as a product tutorial
• Strong writing and documentation skills—can communicate complex test outcomes clearly
• Comfort working closely with engineers and designers, translating between creative intent and model behavior
• Hightly organized and detail-oriented—able to structure complex testing workflows, document findings clearly, and track follow-ups across teams
• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges before they surface, proposes actionable solutions, and follows through to resolution
• Thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments—comfortable partnering with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership
• Flexibility to take on new responsibilities as they arise
