Product Experience & Technology (PXT) Finance & Business Management - Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate high-quality, insightful presentations and monthly progress reviews for Senior Management, clearly communicating achievements, challenges, and next steps, while supporting continuous ad hoc requests and innovation initiatives across the business.

Manage core financial planning processes—including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis—to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

Collaborate effectively across many key stakeholder groups to drive analyses of new business initiatives and tracking of outcomes.

Provide support for continuous ad hoc requests, routine reporting, and innovation initiatives across the business.

Communicate, interact with, and influence colleagues at all levels in the business including senior leaders.

Handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Produce polished, executive-ready materials under tight timelines.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills, with the ability to distill and synthesize large amounts of data and qualitative information into key takeaways.

• Advanced knowledge of Essbase and business applications such as Tableau and Ariba.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
