As a Senior Manager on the Associate Experience product team, you will focus on connecting Capital One’s employees (Associates) with simple, digitally enriched experiences designed to enhance their overall experience. Basic Qualifications

• Currently holds or is obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field combined with 4 years of Product Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategies and analyses into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role vary by location:

• Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
