Product Engineer I
Responsibilities
- Evaluate hands-on resolution of technical issues that affect product yield or throughput.
- Interface technically with suppliers, analyze field return failures, and apply root cause problem solving.
- Drive continuous product improvement projects.
- Project lead new product introduction teams.
- Maintain daily communication with the production team and ensure all technical issues are being addressed.
- Participate in customer visits and teleconferences.
- Develop and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 1 year directly related Manufacturing Engineering experience with RF/microwave circuits.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
Salary Range
Salary Range: $80,845 - $101,085. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
