About the role
The Full-Stack Product Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions that enhance the capabilities of the AI + people analytics platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Contribute to the development of robust APIs and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Work closely with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 - 6 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack product engineer.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
