About the role

The Full-Stack Product Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core product features that power the AI-native platform used by senior leaders in the field of human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s AI-driven tools, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the existing platform.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring sessions to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack engineering and apply them to improve the product.

Requirements

  • 2 - 6 years of experience as a full-stack product engineer.
  • Experience shipping real products to real users.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Passionate about building impactful products that solve real-world problems.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Skills

  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
