What’s the Job?
Design and develop cooling components for electrified vehicles, including radiators, condensers, fans, pumps, valves, heaters, and hose/tube assemblies.
Lead early packaging and development activities to meet cooling functional objectives.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and track part maturity through development milestones.
Support vehicle assembly and testing, resolving issues and addressing quality or cost improvements post-launch.
What’s Needed?
- Experience with cooling systems or thermal components for electrified vehicles.
- Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, and CAE methodologies.
- Ability to manage components through all stages of vehicle development.
- Strong supplier coordination skills.
- Hands-on problem resolution during assembly, testing, and post-launch phases.
