About the role
Companies in the Yara Network are hiring Product Engineers: people who own a user-facing surface end to end, not a tickets-and-PRs split between frontend and backend. This is the Full Stack role with a product bias. One application puts you in front of AI-native teams that ship weekly.
The requirements below are a generalization of our highest-volume engineering postings (Software Engineer and Full Stack Engineer) plus what Product Engineer roles in the market actually ask for: TypeScript, React, Next.js, and a backend you can own.
Who this is for
- You build the product, not a layer of it. UI, API, data, and the deploy are all yours.
- You ship. Side projects, startup features, or production systems. Real people used what you built.
- You're AI-native in how you build. Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex are already part of your workflow.
- You'd rather be judged on a live product than on keyword-matching a resume.
- You want a real human reviewing you. Every application here gets read by a person.
Requirements
- 3+ years building production web applications, or less with exceptional shipped work
- TypeScript and React, plus Node.js or Python on the backend
- Next.js or an equivalent full-stack framework you have actually deployed
- Databases, APIs, and cloud deploys you set up yourself
- An LLM-powered feature you shipped is a strong plus
- A GitHub, portfolio, or live product link that shows your work
