About the role

Precision Castparts Corp., a market leader in manufacturing large, complex structural investment castings and aerostructures for aerospace applications, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Train and mentor new team members to enhance overall productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with precision casting and/or forging processes.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
