About The Role
We’re looking for a driven, curious, and hands-on Product Engineer who’s ready to dive into a dynamic environment where innovation meets real-world application. In this role, you’ll collaborate across sales, engineering, and operations to bring mechanical and electromechanical products to life, from concept and design through installation and ongoing support. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and influencing product development, this is your chance to make a major impact.
Responsibilities

- Size and configure valves using industry-standard flow calculations aligned with API 520 or ANSI/ISA S75.01, producing detailed data sheets tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and present product assembly documentation, dimensions, BOMs, and application-specific technical details to support customer understanding and decision-making.
- Generate and process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and build Bills of Materials within our ERP system.
- Work closely with engineering teammates to support product sustainability, troubleshoot issues, refine designs, and ensure manufacturing aligns with industry standards.
- Create and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), including drawing updates, dimensional revisions, and material changes.
- Support assembly, supply chain, and quality teams with component drawings, specifications, and technical insights.
- Maintain and improve part numbering systems and product nomenclature.
- Develop assembly build/test procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
- Train internal teams on assigned product lines, helping elevate technical knowledge across the organization.
- Thrive as a proactive contributor, someone who communicates well, collaborates naturally, and brings energy and initiative to every project.
Requirements
- Strong application/design experience with at least one of the following: Safety Relief Valves, Rupture/Buckling Pin Devices, Control/Dump Valves, Regulators, or Chokes.
- Experience supporting O&G or refinery environments is highly valuable.
- Solid technical documentation and calculation skills.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MRP/ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology, plus 2–4 years of relevant experience across upstream, midstream, or downstream applications.
- Must reside in the Oklahoma City area; this is an on-site role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with major industry codes and standards such as ASME Sec I–XII, API 520, ANSI/ISA S75.0, B16.34, B16.47, B16.5, API 6A/6D/608, Q1/ISO, and NACE MR0175.
- Background in metallurgy or welding is a strong plus.
Benefits
You’ll join a team that values your ideas, supports your growth, and celebrates engineering excellence.
