Product Engineer (35759)

About the role

Works cross-functionally with engineers, mechanical designers, manufacturing, suppliers, industrial design, and marketing by performing large, complex engineering assignments related to the creation, development, and/or improvement of product designs.

Skills and abilities

• Technology-Engineering Analysis & Methodology: Ability to apply mechanical engineering principles, material science, manufacturing processes and tooling as they relate to the engineering of a product.
• Experience in the engineering approval of parts for production (ISIR-PPAPs).
• Experience performing and understanding DFMEA-PFMEAs.
• A proven history of successful product launches into production.
• Computer Skills: Creo experience is required, Windchill experience is nice to have.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required.
• PTC CREO required.
• 2 years plastic injection molding experience required.
