Product Director, TPA, PEO & Carrier Platforms

About the role

We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the strategy, development, and growth of enterprise SaaS solutions serving Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), and insurance carriers. In this high-impact role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, pricing, and business outcomes for a specialized platform supporting complex leave and accommodations workflows. You will shape multi-employer administration capabilities, including partner-facing applications and APIs, while exploring AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and case-manager productivity. Working closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and finance, you will translate customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, commercially successful products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, pricing, and business outcomes for enterprise SaaS platforms serving TPAs, PEOs, and insurance carriers
• Drive strategy, development, and growth of solutions supporting complex leave and accommodations workflows
• Shape multi-employer administration capabilities, including partner-facing applications and APIs
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and case-manager productivity
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, commercially successful products
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and finance
• Build and lead a product team as the business grows

Requirements

• Experienced product leader with a track record in enterprise SaaS
• Deep understanding of TPA, PEO, and/or insurance carrier operations and workflows
• Expertise in complex leave and accommodations administration
• Proven ability to own product vision, roadmap, pricing, and business outcomes
• Experience building partner-facing applications and APIs
• Strong background in translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable products
• Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and finance
• Experience exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions for operational efficiency
