Product Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier and manufacturer research to identify potential sourcing partners across global markets
• Affiliate with supplier outreach, follow-up communications, and relationship management
• Track and organize supplier quotations, product specifications, and sample requests
• Cooker sample shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and collect feedback from internal teams
• Maintain sourcing databases, supplier records, and project documentation for accuracy and organization
• Support supplier evaluations through price comparisons and basic cost analysis
• Monitor supplier timelines and follow up to ensure samples, quotations, and production milestones are completed on schedule
• Collaborate with Product Development and Quality teams to track product requirements, approvals, and project status
• Prepare sourcing reports and provide updates on supplier progress, timelines, and outstanding action items
• Identify and escalate sourcing delays, risks, or issues that may impact project timelines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tracking tools
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
