Product Development Owner

About the role

Position Summary: As a member of the Global Financial Solutions Product Team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about high-priority initiatives and partner continuously with the different business groups across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Technology, leading several agile development team(s) to build out tools that are both colleague and customer-facing capabilities
• Communicate project status updates with the appropriate level of communication to both internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct formal and informal presentations utilizing requirement and/or technical documents, use case diagrams, process flows, UX mockups, etc.
• Support the execution of the product roadmap
• Communicate complex information using a variety of techniques tailored to the audience’s background
• Effectively manage both the product and sprint backlogs for the purpose of driving efficient use of resource bandwidth
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on all things related to trust and loan agency solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 6-8 years of product or project development experience
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Proven track record of delivering complex data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with development teams and high degree of proficiency in iterative development and understanding of Agile principles
• Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
• Strong UX sensibility for complex workflow-driven applications
• Strong understanding of entity structures, beneficial ownership, compliance requirements, and related data models
• Familiarity with Trust and Loan Agency businesses is a plus

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Wilmington, DE, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5
