  • Commercial & Portfolio Support: Deliver high-level technical training to Marketing and Sales teams, define UVPs, monitor competitive landscapes, and support state-level product recommendations and registrations.

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD in Soil Science or Agronomy with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a BSc in Agricultural Sciences with 6-10 years of hands-on industry experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience within crop nutrition or fertilizer companies.
  • Proven expertise in U.S. agronomic practices and trial protocols.
  • Proficiency in ARM software, soil/plant/harvest sample analysis, trial protocol design, and technical writing.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Michigan or California preferred.
  • Readiness to travel across key regional production zones.
  • Self-driven, independent mindset with strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to meet strict seasonal deadlines and navigate multi-stakeholder research projects.

Benefits

  • Global Exposure: Work within an international, research-led organization with access to proprietary product pipelines.
  • Scientific Impact: Publish findings in reputed scientific journals while shaping commercial product positioning.
  • Strategic Autonomy: Lead key regional initiatives across major U.S. agricultural hubs.
