We need to output only HTML fragment with sections as per rules. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - About Comfrt: description of company. Not a heading? Could be "About Comfrt" but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are only those listed. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should only use those headings. The posting includes "About Comfrt" and "About the Role". "About the Role" matches allowed heading. So we can have

About the Role

with prose. Then "Key Responsibilities:" list. That's Responsibilities heading. Then "What You Can Bring:" includes experience, etc. That could be Requirements or Qualifications? The headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to map content. "What You Can Bring:" includes experience, technical understanding, etc. That's likely Requirements/Qualifications. We'll decide: maybe Requirements (experience) and Skills (tools). Could split. Then "Who You Are:" includes personal traits. Could be Qualifications or Skills? Might be Qualifications. Then "Why Join Comfrt?" includes benefits. That's Benefits heading. No explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should not include those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc at end. Also remove "Comfrt is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract sections: About the Role: The paragraph after "About the Role:" up to before "Key Responsibilities:"? Actually "About the Role: The Product Development Manager — Home will own the end-to-end development..." So we can put that as prose. Responsibilities: list after "Key Responsibilities:" each bullet starts with a verb. We'll make
  • items. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: We need to decide. "What You Can Bring:" includes: - 6–10+ years of experience in product development within home and/or lounge apparel lifestyle categories - Strong technical understanding of fabrics, fills, trims, garment construction, and comfort-focused product development - Experience developing cozy, sensory-driven, or comfort-focused products preferred - Strong understanding of trend research, assortment planning, and ecommerce product strategy - Experience managing product development calendars and vendor communication - Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of development - Thrives in a high SKU count, fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities and timelines - Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously, manage own schedule effectively in a remote environment, and consistently meet deadlines - Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability from concept through execution - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Suite, Excel, Miro - Experience with PLM systems and project management tools such as Asana or Notion - Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or related field preferred We could split into Requirements (experience, education) and Skills (tools, technical). But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine into one section "Requirements" covering all. But we have also "Who You Are:" which is personal traits. Could be Qualifications. Let's make sections: - About the Role (h3) - Responsibilities (h3) - Requirements (h3) (cover experience, education, technical understanding, trend research, calendars, vendor communication, multi-task, ownership, etc.) - Skills (h3) (cover proficiency in Adobe tools, PLM, project management tools) - Benefits (h3) (from Why Join Comfrt: generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, discounts on all Comfrt products, supportive creative environment, flexibility, collaborative support of fully remote environment) We could also include "Who You Are:" as Qualifications but we might incorporate into Requirements or Skills. To avoid thin sections, maybe combine Who You Are into Requirements as well. But we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All content is substantive. Let's draft HTML:

We should not include any extra sections like Pay or Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Comfrt is an equal opportunity employer..." removed. Check for duplicate lines: none. All content preserved? Let's verify we didn't miss any substantive info: - About Comfrt description: we omitted that. The instruction says we should preserve ALL substantive information. The "About Comfrt:" paragraph is substantive. Should we include it? It's not under a allowed heading but we could include as a

before the first heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g...). It might be okay to have a

for the About Comfrt description without a heading. However, they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies those are the allowed headings; we could still have other headings but they'd be non-standard. Safer to include the About Comfrt as a

without heading, or we could treat it as "About the Role"? No, that's different. The About Comfrt is company description. Could be included as a

before the first heading. The instruction didn't forbid

    without heading. It said use

for section headings (list). So we can have

for prose. So we should include About Comfrt as a

. Thus we need to add a paragraph about Comfrt before About the Role heading. Let's extract About Comfrt: "Comfrt LLC is the fastest growing ecommerce brand built on a mission to support mental health and create everything comfortable for an easy, stress-free, cozy lifestyle, we are obsessed with our customer and dedicated to building the ultimate comfort brand ecosystem." We'll put that as a

. Now ensure we didn't miss any other substantive info: The "About the Role" paragraph we included. Good. Check responsibilities list: we captured all bullet points. Let's verify each: From posting: "Own the full product lifecycle with from concept through launch across Home categories" "Lead development across bedding, blankets, pillows, weighted products, home accessories, and future home expansion categories" "Manage prototypes, sampling, fabric & wash approvals, testing, and quality execution" "Drive comfort, softness, handfeel, durability, and fit standards across product categories" "Continuously research home, lounge, wellness, and recovery trends, fabrics, and innovation" "Partner closely with Fabric, Quality and Sourcing teams to elevate materials, vendor matrix and product quality" "Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, returns, trends, and market opportunities to drive product decisions" "Support assortment planning across core, seasonal, gifting, and newness strategies" "Own development calendars and ensure on-time product launches aligned with key commercial moments" "Partner cross-functionally with QA, Production, Operations, Packaging, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product launch." "Communicate daily with overseas vendors and factory partners to manage development progress, troubleshoot issues, ensure clear execution, and maintain on-time delivery across all product categories." "Identify white space opportunities within the comfort, wellness, and lifestyle market" We have all. Now "What You Can Bring:" we split into Requirements and Skills. Let's verify we captured all items: List: - 6–10+ years of experience in product development within home and/or lounge apparel lifestyle categories -> Requirements - Strong technical understanding of fabrics, fills, trims, garment construction, and comfort-focused product development -> Requirements - Experience developing cozy, sensory-driven, or
