Product Development Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products within the company. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Understanding of product development processes and tools
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
