Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and develop differentiated products that deliver unique value.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and planning through launch and ongoing enhancement.
- Gather and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage product priorities, timelines, and deliverables to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product strategy.
- Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Onshore (preferably East Coast) or ability to work in EST hours.
Pay
The wage range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 yearly. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
