- Take ownership of the Cosmo product line and make data-driven decisions
- Develop product manuals, packaging artwork, carton and product labels, and ensure consistent logo placement across all materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure accurate and compelling online product representation.
- Support customer service and after-sales teams by addressing questions about product issues, defects, or improvement areas and relaying inquiries to overseas factories.
- Communicate extensively with overseas factories regarding new product development, updates, and improvements.
- Review and test product samples to evaluate new developments and market fit.
- Analyze product defects, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to management for quality improvements.
- Other duties may be assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service/customer relations experience
- Industry experience (plus but not required)
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English (Bilingual is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (plus)
