About the role

Cosmo Appliances is a fast-growing provider of modern, affordable luxury kitchen appliances. Headquartered in Southern California, we design sleek, professional-grade products that elevate home cooking and inspire creativity in every kitchen.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Cosmo product line and make data-driven decisions
• Develop product manuals, packaging artwork, carton and product labels, and ensure consistent logo placement across all materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure accurate and compelling online product representation.
• Support customer service and after-sales teams by addressing questions about product issues, defects, or improvement areas and relaying inquiries to overseas factories.
• Communicate extensively with overseas factories regarding new product development, updates, and improvements.
• Review and test product samples to evaluate new developments and market fit.
• Analyze product defects, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to management for quality improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service/customer relations experience
• Industry experience (plus but not required)
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English (Bilingual is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (plus)

Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Pay

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
