About the role

We’re looking for a pivotal team member to join a dynamic Product Development team on a project-based contract. In this role, you won’t just be supporting; you’ll be at the heart of orchestrating development details, ensuring seamless timelines, meticulous sample tracking, and clear vendor communication. You will play a crucial role in bringing new collections to life, impacting product quality and market readiness for a brand that delights customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of prototype products and oversee the entire development process for the product line.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for development details with crucial vendor partners.
• Generate and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage the efficient flow of weekly updates to keep composites current for vendors, production, technical design, and merchandising teams.
• Diligently track development milestones to ensure all execution remains within established timeframes.
• Facilitate clear and concise communication of design development details across all internal teams.
• Provide essential support for sample management and data entry within product systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in product design or product development (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
• Comfort and proficiency in working with data systems and spreadsheets.
• A clear and effective communicator capable of aligning multiple internal and external partners.
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude and genuine excitement for the brand and its product offerings.
