This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented product professional who enjoys coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and working closely with vendor partners. You’ll serve as a key point of contact throughout the product development process, ensuring details, updates, and deadlines stay on track.
The ideal candidate keeps things moving, is highly organized, naturally proactive, and comfortable coordinating details across multiple teams and external partners. You don’t wait for problems to become deadlines—you follow up, communicate clearly, and make sure everyone has what they need to execute.
Responsibilities

- Track product development timelines, milestones, and execution against key deadlines
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to communicate product development details and resolve issues
- Create and maintain seasonal product development materials, including composite sheets, classification charts, and related documentation
- Coordinate weekly product updates and ensure information is communicated accurately and on time
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, production, technical, and vendor partners throughout development
- Monitor product status and proactively follow up on outstanding items or potential delays
- Help ensure product development information remains accurate, organized, and accessible to cross-functional partners
- Support the broader product development team with coordination, tracking, and day-to-day execution
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product design, product development, apparel, fashion, footwear, accessories, or a related product environment
- Experience coordinating product development activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with vendors or external manufacturing partners
- Ability to manage multiple products, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across design, merchandising, production, technical, and other cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion, Apparel, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work from the New York City / Tri-State area and commute to the office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a major consumer, fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brand
- Familiarity with PLM or other product development/tracking systems
- Experience working with seasonal product calendars and product line development
- Experience managing samples, prototypes, product specifications, or similar development materials
- A proactive, positive can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the product and brand
