About the role
The Product Development Chemists work on sustainable, water-based, and energy-curable (UV/EB) inks and coatings featuring low VOCs, high print fidelity, and excellent adhesion for packaging, personal care, and industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for various ink and coating applications
- Conduct experiments to improve product performance and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compatibility and functionality
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- BS in Chemistry or related field
- 2+ years of industry experience in coatings formulation
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and processes
- Understanding of VOC regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
