About the role

At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture where bold experimentation and adoption of new tools are expected. The Product Development organization drives our global product roadmap from concept to shelf, acting as “product CEOs” to deliver high consumer satisfaction and business results. This role supports the Shark floorcare business, focusing on developing successful and profitable programs to grow the product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Shark product lines, driving improvements, optimizations, and user research to ensure a 5-star consumer experience.
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications by marrying consumer needs, market white space, and product technologies as the primary consumer advocate.
• Own sales performance for assigned categories, identifying gaps and recommending new product opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Lead competitive product analyses to benchmark Shark against competitors and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the voice of legacy product lines, sharing consumer and market insights to inform next-generation product development.
• Partner with SharkNinja Testing and Quality organizations to define and manage quality and performance testing procedures.
• Act as the product expert for cross-functional team members, addressing questions and concerns.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field, preferably at a consumer goods company.
• Passion for or experience in the beauty or haircare product space (e.g., hair tools, cosmetics tools) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Consumer-first mindset with a focus on introducing or improving products and processes.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams.
• Highly effective communication skills, both written (presentations, emails) and verbal (meetings, presentations to management).
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to embrace transparency, adapt to shifting priorities, and learn from decisions.

Pay

Annual salary range: $65,600—$115,000 USD.
