Product Designer (Retail Environments & Experiential Design)

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 8+ years in architectural, experiential, or brand design (retail industry experience is mandatory).
• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership in managing multiple projects and guiding design teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• International experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and spatial storytelling.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and refine design components for immersive retail spaces, aligning with global creative vision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on-brand, on-budget design solutions.
• Present concepts via 3D models, 2D drawings, and compelling visual presentations.
• Elevate retail storytelling through color, materiality, and spatial design strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership to align design execution with brand and business objectives.
