The Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Products & Integrations team. This role involves defining and designing the product experience within our patient portal/application, collaborating with product management, engineering, and design teams, and creating compelling marketing assets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work strategically with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the product experience within our patient portal/application.
• Think big and explore divergent concepts while converging and building iteratively towards your vision.
• Create outstanding marketing assets (custom images, iconography, etc.) that elevate the design of the page and connect with the intended audience.
• Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally to senior stakeholders/leadership.
• Be able to articulate design decisions and goals.
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consumer product design, working in an agile environment.
• A portfolio showcasing attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, visual design, and storytelling.
• Proficiency with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $150,000 based on location and experience.
