Responsibilities

• Design and ship delightful product experiences across mobile and web
• Partner with product engineers from early scoping to high-fidelity mocks
• Rapidly prototype concepts in Figma and code to communicate ideas and generate excitement
• Use data, user research, and design instinct to inform decisions and bring clarity to complex problems
• Maintain a high bar for craft and polish across every feature you touch, with a sharp eye for inconsistencies in the broader product experience
• Ship with speed and intention in a fast-paced environment, knowing when to move fast and when to slow down for the details that users notice and love

Requirements

• 2–7 years designing and shipping digital products, ideally at a startup or in consumer social
• A portfolio of production-shipped work showcasing strong visual craft, cross-platform range, and sharp product intuition
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate your workflow
• A collaborative mindset - you work well with others, leave ego at the door, and give and receive feedback with care

• Motion design or microanimations (Lottie, Rive, pure CSS)

Pay

The anticipated annual salary for this position is $130,000-$180,000, plus a generous equity package. The actual salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
