Product Designer III (Live Events)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer III (live Events) to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,400 – $125,010 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience design process for IT development teams
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to enhance user experience
• Train software developers in creating design artifacts
• Establish design guidelines and best practices for consistency
• Conduct user research and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Develop user personas for tailored product design
• Coach and guide other user experience professionals

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product design and user experience
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience leading design projects and teams
• Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.)
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable designs
