About the role
Figma is seeking experienced product designers to join our Growth & Monetization area. This role focuses on shaping experiences that drive Figma's growth, from user onboarding to account management and scaling.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers
- Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same to ensure all do their best work
- Design and ship high-quality product improvements
- Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
- Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout
- Fluency in interaction design and prototyping, to express and refine nuanced design decisions
- A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch—balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
- Experience designing for multiple user types (e.g., individual users, admins, buyers) or across product tiers
- Familiarity with experimentation, metrics, or using data to inform design decisions
Qualifications
- Experience designing in growth, monetization, or enterprise environments is a plus
- A generative mindset and excitement for uncovering new opportunities across the product ecosystem

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000—$303,000 USD
Schedule
This role is full-time and can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
