Product Designer - Dashboard

About the role

The Product Design team at Stripe is seeking a talented designer to join the Dashboard team. This role involves developing and enhancing the Stripe Dashboard by designing, concepting, and prototyping high-quality core dashboard and product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate the overall user experience
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers to shape strategy and execution
• Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration

Who you are

• Minimum Requirements: 4+ years relevant design experience, a portfolio showcasing strong design skills, experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams, demonstrated ability to work horizontally across product verticals, and demonstrate ability to wrangle lots of competing priorities, points of view, as well as user and business needs to come up with a solution
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for a B2B or fintech product

In-office expectations: Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location.

Pay and benefits

• The annual US base salary range for this role is $146,600 - $219,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
• This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
