About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to modernize and elevate our consumer web booking experiences. This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who thrives in complex systems and brings deep expertise in building elegant, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. As a design leader, you’ll define product direction, shape long-term vision, and drive execution across a critical surface used by millions of customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of our branded mobile app across iOS and Android, setting a modern, cohesive vision across appointment, class, and checkout flows.
- Drive strategic product thinking by identifying experience gaps and uncovering new opportunities to increase conversion and consumer delight.
- Influence product strategy by co-creating success metrics, aligning user needs with business goals, and shaping the roadmap in partnership with product, engineering, and marketing.
- Bring native platform fluency designing with the grain of iOS and Android conventions while maintaining one coherent cross-platform product vision.
- Create thoughtful, scalable design frameworks that improve usability and performance across the booking funnel.
- Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively through high-fidelity prototypes, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish design excellence through critique, iteration, and upholding a high standard for visual and interaction design across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong track record of leading consumer-facing mobile (iOS and Android) experiences — booking, scheduling, or e-commerce/checkout experience strongly preferred.
- A high mobile craft bar, evidenced by polished apps you've shipped to the App Store and Play Store, with care for interaction detail, performance, and real-world edge cases (offline states, mid-checkout failures, slow networks).
- Deep user empathy and product intuition, grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- A balance between strategic vision and executional craft, moving from systems thinking to interface details with fluency.
- Experience designing for scale or multi-brand/white-label systems, and leading cross-functional initiatives while navigating ambiguity across multiple product surfaces.
- A strong design partner who elevates the work of those around you through feedback, coaching, and systems leadership.
- A passion for empowering people to live healthier lives through thoughtfully designed digital products.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- You have a portfolio showcasing your best work, including examples of your design process and final deliverables.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
- You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with design systems and design tokens.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Understanding of user research methods and A/B testing.
- Experience with design thinking methodologies.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 in the United States.
- Performance bonuses.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Professional development opportunities.
Pay
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
