Product Designer, B2B SaaS
About the role
We're adding a Product Designer to help shape the enterprise software that powers the world's largest digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplace, now part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads). This user-centric team member will contribute to the design of intuitive, consistent product experiences while balancing speed and business potential. You'll work directly with internal and external users to uncover needs, map workflows, and translate insights into clear, well-crafted design solutions. The role is involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, with ownership of the corresponding design functions. You’ll partner with Lead Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create experiences that empower our users to achieve their goals and advance business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the end-to-end design lifecycle including discovery, user-flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines to improve user experience solutions.
- Present design decisions to our evolving design system, including pattern libraries, design principles, and guidelines, to ensure consistent, cohesive user experiences across the T-Ads product ecosystem.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to refine and enhance requirements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with guidance from senior designers, including regular engagement with internal and external users to surface pain points and inform design decisions.
- Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required). Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Design, or related field (Preferred).
- 2-4 years related working experience as a Product Designer (Required).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No travel required.
Skills
- User Experience Design: End-to-end design including discovery, IA, interaction design, and visual design (Required).
- Prototyping: Builds interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and support usability testing (Required).
- User Flows: Documents and maps user flows and workflows to support design and development decisions (Required).
- Wireframing: Produces wireframes to communicate structure, layout, and interaction patterns (Required).
- User Interface (UI) Design: Applies UI design patterns and interaction principles to create clear, effective visual solutions (Required).
- Design Thinking: Applies a user-centered, iterative approach to identify problems and evaluate potential solutions (Required).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate and defend design decisions (Required).
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple concurrent design workstreams against shifting deadlines (Required).
- Figma: Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/collaboration tools (Required).
- Accessibility Guidelines: Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and UI patterns (Required).
- Enterprise/B2B Software Design: Experience designing for complex workflows, operator tools, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces (Preferred).
Pay
Base Pay Range: $76,000 - $137,200. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. Corporate Bonus Target: 10%.
