About the role
The Product Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that enhance the user journey on the YouVersion platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging user interfaces and experiences for mobile and web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX researchers to ensure design solutions meet business needs and user requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and usability.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with accessibility considerations and ensuring designs are usable for all users.
Skills
- Strong visual design skills.

Pay
$60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
