Product Designer
About the role
TL;DR: We’re looking for a Product Designer to turn complex AI safety workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces used by engineering and research teams every day. You’ll own design end to end: evolve our Figma design system, improve existing screens, create new product flows, prototype interactions, and work closely with product, engineering, and research to ship quickly.

We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale. Responsibilities
- Evolve the Figma design system so it stays consistent, scalable, and easy to work with.
- Update current screens and design new flows for upcoming features.
- Work directly with product, engineering, and research — fast iterations and full ownership.
Requirements
- 3+ years working with Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems.
- Designed clear, functional web interfaces, ideally for technical products.
- Ability to create basic animations with any tools you prefer.
- Use AI tools in your own workflow.
