About the Role

Help design technology that expands access to mentorship and career opportunities. We're looking for a product designer passionate about social impact to own UX and UI for our mentorship platform — from user flows and wireframes to polished, accessible interfaces in Figma. You'll work directly with our Lead Product Designer and technology and marketing teams to shape what we build.

Responsibilities

• Own UX and UI for our mentorship platform
• Create user flows and wireframes
• Develop polished, accessible interfaces in Figma

• Shape the technology and design of what we build

Requirements

• Passionate about social impact
• Experience in product design
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to work remotely and on a flexible schedule
