What we're looking for A portfolio of shipped product work where complex data was made genuinely legible.Strong craft across interaction and visual design, with a feel for dense information.Comfort owning ambiguity early: defining the problem alongside research, not waiting for a spec.Clear rationale: you can explain why a design lowers the cost of understanding risk.
