About The Role As a Product Designer at BetterHelp, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital mental health platform. You will own and drive the end-to-end design process for key features that impact millions of users globally. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers, you will develop innovative, user-centered solutions that enhance usability and engagement. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying UI/UX opportunities, crafting detailed design specifications, and ensuring seamless implementation from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful experiences, possess strong strategic thinking skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values continuous improvement and user-centric design. Qualifications 3+ years of professional product design experience in consumer-facing digital productsStrong portfolio demonstrating research-driven design, UI/UX craft, and measurable product impactExpertise in creating advanced user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in FigmaAbility to think strategically while executing with detail, clarity, and speedExperience partnering with product managers and engineers on complex feature deliveryStrong communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating rationale and influencing stakeholdersComfort navigating ambiguity and structuring problems with limited information Bonus qualifications include experience designing for multi-sided marketplaces, familiarity with mental health or healthcare workflows, knowledge of experimentation and growth design, and experience contributing to or utilizing design systems in production.
