Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into seamless digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and facilitating usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
