Product Designer

What We’re Looking For

Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. By offering a modern API interface for running eligibility checks and processing claims, healthcare technology businesses can exchange transactions with payers without dealing with the EDI protocol or carrier-specific connectivity. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced product designer who can own the look, feel, polish, and implementation of the UI of our new healthcare products.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of product design experience at a product-driven tech company shipping software
• Healthcare experience required
• Frontend development experience with React, Next.js and HTML/CSS
• Experience shipping software that works on complex problems, such as developer tools, revenue-cycle management, fintech systems, process management, or others
• Good practical knowledge of end-to-end product design — from user research through high-fidelity design and developer handoff
• Comfortable working with engineering, design, and business teams
• A great juggler of creative optimism and critical investigation
• Comfortable building iteratively to gather feedback
• Located in PST - EST time zones
• Philosophical alignment with the Stedi Standards
