Product Designer

The Role

We are seeking an experienced designer to lead the product design efforts at Reducto. You will be responsible for shaping the foundational user experiences and workflows, collaborating closely with the CEO, engineering team, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design end-to-end for Reducto, from defining a world-class brand to shipping beautiful experiences that users love.
• Develop brand new products and user workflows.
• Build and own our design system, brand, and how we present ourselves to the world.
• Obsess over the small details, driving a culture that highly values design.

Requirements

• Your own worst critic, with a high bar for quality.
• Experience shipping complex products for 2+ years, preferably for engineers, researchers, or ops-heavy teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where none exists.
• Move fast, but also care deeply about polish and craft.

Qualifications

• Prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages.
• Ambitious and driven, with a strong commitment to doing great work with great people.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in ML/AI.

Schedule

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco. The role requires working hard and moving quickly.

Pay

Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
