Product Designer

About the role
This role isn't about following a predefined process. Instead, you'll take ownership of the design process, from ideation to implementation. You'll work closely with the engineering team to bring your designs to life, iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product features
- Prototype and test designs to ensure they meet user needs and technical feasibility
- Ship designs and prototypes within 24 hours, learning from each iteration
- Use AI workflows to accelerate the design process and make strategic decisions
Requirements
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in AI workflows and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Design, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Skills
- Expertise in design software
- Understanding of user experience principles
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
