Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at Ever. In this role, you will shape the user experience of our platform, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive, impactful designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business and user needs.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to our design system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience designing for complex, data-driven applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Passion for user-centered design and problem-solving.
