About the role
As a Product Designer, you will take ownership of a Secureframe product area and be involved in the entire product development process, from early research and visioning to pixel-level adjustments and launching. You will define and refine our design system, influence team culture, and help iterate on design processes including design critiques and product workshops. We are a distributed, remote-first company that cares about collaboration, ownership, and growth. While Secureframe is remote-first, there is a strong preference for candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from NYC. Remote candidates are still encouraged to apply. Office-based employees are expected to work in-office approximately 30% of the time.
