Product Designer

Great design starts with recognizing the problem, and your work demonstrates pixel-level attention to detail alongside proficiency in usability and interaction patterns at scale.

Responsibilities

• Create pixel-precise designs that are on-brand and based on product requirements and partner input/feedback.
• Research the competitive landscape, create user flows, and design solutions that account for evolving functionality, technological innovation, and their impact on product and company revenue.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to deliver compelling solutions across discovery, engagement, and other problem spaces.
• Champion visual and functional consistency while identifying strategic opportunities to evolve systems and interactions.
• Leverage AI tools to broaden exploration and accelerate execution and delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product design experience.
• Strong UX and visual design sensibility with an eye for simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-moving timelines and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently with a deep sense of ownership and proactively gathering consensus from multiple internal partners.
• Proven ability to partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver cutting-edge design across the entire product lifecycle.
• Multiple product launches under your belt.
• Capacity to rapidly concept, ideate, and execute multiple concepts.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating deep knowledge of functionality paired with modern visual design sensibility.
• Curiosity and comfort experimenting with evolving AI tools and workflows, including AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding tools.
• Agile delivery experience as a member of a product development team, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and QA.

Paramount+, a direct-to-consumer streaming service from Paramount Global, combines live sports, breaking news, and a vast entertainment library. The service features original series, hit shows, and popular movies from brands including BET, CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, and the Smithsonian Channel. It also offers unmatched sports programming such as CBS Sports events and exclusive rights to major soccer leagues, plus live local CBS stations and streaming channels like CBSN, CBS Sports HQ, and ET Live.

Pay

The hiring salary range for this position is $85,600 – $128,400, with the starting pay determined by factors such as geographic location, market demand, experience, training, and education.
