Product Designer
About the role
This Product Designer will create AI-enabled, user-centric design experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization technology products. The role blends human-centered design, strategic product thinking, and AI innovation to deliver scalable solutions that drive customer value and business outcomes. Responsibilities span end-to-end product design initiatives—from research and discovery through launch—with minimal supervision. The designer will partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership to drive consistency, scalability, and usability across a complex portfolio, while advocating for intuitive AI integration into the design workflow.
Responsibilities
- AI-Led Product Design Experience: Execute end-to-end design for AI-enabled product experiences across web, mobile, and other channels from discovery to launch; translate user needs into intuitive workflows, interaction models, and scalable solutions aligned with product strategy; decompose customer needs and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable recommendations; validate concepts via usability testing and define success metrics.
- Design System & Architecture: Define cross-portfolio design systems to drive consistency in components, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns; create AI-driven, reusable frameworks and patterns that highlight product recommendations and improve user experience quality.
- Design Innovation: Leverage Figma AI and other AI-powered design tools to augment design efficiency, quality, and team productivity; identify emerging AI trends and tooling to steer cross-functional design innovation; share leading practices for AI-led design principles with stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with product, data, customer success, and commercial teams to translate complex initiatives into human-centered design; contribute to feature definition and prioritization across product roadmaps and workflows.
Requirements

- 4+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS, or digital experiences.
- Experience executing end-to-end product design for complex technical product portfolios in enterprise, platform, or SaaS environments from discovery to launch.
- Proficiency in Figma, including AI-enabled prototyping, design systems architecture, governance, component libraries, and tokens.
- Expertise in AI-enabled product design, including human-AI interaction patterns, prompt design, rapid prototyping, UX research augmentation, content generation, AI-assisted workflow, and responsible AI principles.
- Ability to craft scalable design frameworks, design standards, interaction patterns, and exercise judgment on where to enforce consistency versus empowering product-specific customization.
- Exceptional cross-functional facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; experience driving discovery sessions, design workshops, and strategic alignment with product, engineering, customer success, and commercial leaders.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical insights into executive-ready narratives that drive strategic decisions.
- Experience creating and operationalizing AI-enabled design workflows, agents, and automation capabilities that accelerate product design velocity.
Preferred Experience
- Experience scaling design systems across complex multi-product platform organizations where seamless product design is a critical outcome.
- Deep understanding of AI-enabled design-to-code workflows, including automated prototyping, code generation, and integration of design systems into product development practices.
- Familiarity with technical product concepts, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and API-driven models.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, supply chain, or predictive analytics domains.
