About the role

We define how large enterprises use Conduct, mapping workflows, uncovering friction, and translating customer understanding into effective product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand and map user journeys for Conduct’s users, spending time in their environments to gain insights.
• Translate these insights into clear workflows and interaction patterns, working closely with engineering and product teams to ship impactful changes.
• Own the entire design process, from gathering user insights to delivering a final product.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing complex digital products, preferably in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or similar environments.
• Deep expertise in UX research, including methods like interviews, observation, and time spent in users' environments.
• A clear understanding of how AI influences user behavior and interaction patterns in enterprise software.
• Solid visual and interaction design skills to own the work end-to-end, prioritizing understanding over aesthetics.
• A pragmatic approach to design, focusing on shipping impactful changes rather than perfection.
• A collaborative mindset, working as a partner with product and engineering teams, and being open to learning from customers.
