Position Overview
Interface is everything at Bobyard. We're selling the most sophisticated tool our customers will ever touch. Your job: make complexity feel inevitable. You'll work directly within the product team to define how our platform looks, feels, and wins.
- Live in customer workflows: Sit with estimators and PMs. Know their job, their clicks, their frustrations better than they do.
- Shape product vision: Turn user pain into product truth. Decide what we build and why it matters.
- Create, iterate, and validate new products: Own 0 → 1. Prototype fast, test with users, kill what doesn’t work.
- Execute with engineering: No handoffs. You’re in Figma and in the weeds with front-end. You ship.
- Communicate vision with marketing & sales: Make the product story crisp. Give GTM a weapon they can sell.
- Revamp current platform: Raise the bar. We need craft, speed, and taste — not another clunky enterprise tool.

- Founder-level drive: You roll up your sleeves. You own outcomes, not just pixels.
- Taste and expertise: Killer portfolio. You’ve done real user research and shipped products people love.
- Learning speed & resourcefulness: No construction experience? You’ll be dangerous in 30 days. You figure it out.
- Passion and work ethic: This isn’t a cushy design job at Google. We’re at war with legacy software. You want that.
- Organized operator: 1000 requests from 100s of customers. You turn chaos into clarity and ship what matters.
- Tools: Figma fluency. You know HTML/CSS. You can talk to engineers and earn their respect.

Compensation Philosophy
We pay to win. Bobyard targets competitive top-of-market compensation because we hire people who ship and drive real impact — and we aim to reward that, including through variable pay tied to performance. Individual compensation is determined by role, experience, and contribution, at Bobyard's discretion. Compensation Range: $100K - $140K
