Responsibilities

• Develop new user experiences from scratch: using our design system to build new flows as well as ensuring alignment between our brand and product experience.
• Own our end-to-end design process: take a concept and turn it into reality with Figma wireframes the engineers can develop and with the marketing team to ship to consumers.
• Breathe life into our product and brand: transform standard moments into surprising and delightful end user experiences and ads.
• Be at the heart of our product development process: work closely with our founders and engineering team to help define problems and goals, wireframe prototypes, and craft product deliverables at the highest quality level.

Requirements

• +3 years of relevant Product Design experience in a hyper-growth tech company (+$1b USD valuation) with heavy engagement
• Creative approach to problem solving with an eye for beautiful, simple designs, strong attention to detail and due diligence
• A keen sense for human emotion and how to build products which surprise and delight consumers
• Ability to think deeply about user needs and articulate design decisions - while maintaining an understanding of technical implications
• Solid written and verbal communication, understanding that the copy in your screens is never an afterthought
• Ideally based in London or willing to relocate (ARQ can sponsor your visa)

Schedule

Office Policy: 3-4 days a week in-office
