Product Designer

About the role

Harness Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This position offers a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year and allows for telecommuting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and user needs
• Create and iterate on high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and align with business goals
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implementable and maintain a high level of quality
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product design
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
