About the role
We are seeking experienced Product Designers, UX Designers, UI Designers, UX/UI Designers, Design Researchers, and Digital Product Design professionals to contribute to a research project for a leading AI company. You will use your professional design judgment to evaluate product experiences, compare design options, assess user journeys, and make decisions about usability, visual quality, and product taste.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate product designs, interfaces, mockups, and user experiences
- Compare multiple design options and identify which provides the stronger product experience
- Provide feedback on usability, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and overall product quality
- Evaluate user journeys, flows, navigation, and information architecture
- Create or modify product mockups when required
- Assess design consistency, polish, clarity, accessibility, and visual taste
- Explain design preferences with clear, professional reasoning
- Apply real-world product design judgment to AI research and evaluation tasks
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product design, UX, UI, interaction design, or related experience
- Strong experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe tools, or similar design software
- Ability to create and evaluate product mockups
- Experience providing feedback on user journeys, usability, and product experience
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, product usability, and design quality
- Ability to explain why one design approach is stronger than another
- Strong attention to detail and visual judgment
- Excellent written communication
